Capture Task
Capture new work immediately and place it in the correct system.
Steps

Notice the new action.
Do not trust memory.

Decide whether it is a task or only a thought.

If it is a task, put it in Todoist.
Use a clear verb and outcome.

If it is a thought, note, or context, put it in Obsidian.

If the task belongs to a project, assign it to the correct project.
Never do this
- Never keep tasks in your head.
- Never put task actions in random notes.
- Never capture work in temporary places.
